Poker Room Rules
Game Limits
BugsysClub offers real money Poker at limits ranging from $0.05-$0.10 up to $20-$40 along with Pot Limit and No Limit Games.
Minimum Buy-In
There is a minimum buy in at a ring game of ten times the lower betting limit and 20 times the big blind in Pot Limit and No Limit games.
One Player Per Account
Regarding all League promotions at BugsysClub pleased be informed that all play in leagues is limited to one player per username. If it is found and proved that more than one player is playing under one username, that username will forfeit any and all prize money it wins in any league promotion at BugsysClub and could be banned from BugsyscClub. Please respect this and play by the rules.
League Rules
If it is determined that any players have agreed to any kind of financial deal in any BugsysClub Leagues then all players involved in such a deal will forfeit all and any Bugsys Club League prize money for that month. This means that any player making a deal in one league will lose all prize money they may be entitled to in any of the others.
All-In Policy for Ring Games
A player is deemed to be all-in when their last chip has entered the pot. An all-in player cannot win any more money from the pot other than an equal amount contributed by all remaining players at that betting round. Any excess money that is bet by any other players on this and subsequent betting rounds will form a side pot that the all-in player cannot win. There may be instances of more than one side pot in a particular hand.
When a player still has chips to continue betting or calling they may involuntarily become disconnected from the game due to connection problems. In this case the player is deemed to be all-in for the current amount of chips that they have placed into the pot. Players who try to use the all-in due to disconnection rule to gain an unfair advantage will have their account terminated.
Players are allowed 2 all ins per 24 hour period and must contact Support@BugsysClub.com to get them reset.
Certain designated games have NO all in protection and you will be notified prior to sitting down at your seat.
Server Failure
Restarted Tournaments
If a crashed event can be restarted within 15 minutes, the event will continue and no changes will be made to the normal rankings and payouts of the event.
Major Tournaments Crash
Any tournament which is the final event of a promotion (such as the Big One IV, WSOP Warm-Up Final, etc) that crashes and cannot be restarted within 15 minutes will be rescheduled. The rescheduled start time will be no sooner than 24 hours from the original start time and no later than 1 week from the original start time. Only players who were in the crashed tournament will be allowed to join the rescheduled event, and they must join the event in the lobby before the new start time to be included. In other words they will not automatically be placed on the new event's waiting list.
Other Tournament Crashes
Early Tournament Crash
If any other event crashes and less than 20% of the field has been eliminated, all results from that tournament are void. All buy-ins will be returned.
At the discretion of BugsysClub/PSO/PokerPages support staff, the event may or may not be rescheduled.
If the event is rescheduled the new start time will be within 2 hours of the crash time, and players will have at least 30 minutes to sign up for the event. No one will be automatically entered into the rescheduled event, it is the player's responsibility to join the waiting list.
Late Tournament Crash
If 20% or more of the field has been eliminated at the time of crash, each player will be assigned a finishing place according to their chip count at the time of the crash. Chip counts are based on the player's stack at the end of the last complete hand.
The prize pool will be divided as evenly as possible among the remaining players. In the event that the prize pool cannot be divided evenly, odd amounts will be given to the players who had higher chip counts. For example: if the prizepool was $20 to be divided among 3 players the first 2 places by chip count would receive $6.67 and 3rd place would receive $6.66. Another example: if the prizepool consisted of 10 qualifications to a "special tournament" (for example, the currently running WSOP Warm-Up promotion), the top 10 places by chip count would receive qualification.
The places determined by chip count will also be used by any ranking or league system that the results of the crashed tournament might count toward.
Ring Games
In the event of a server crash all hands currently in play will be voided and monies returned to those players who took part in those pots. In other words, all stacks will be returned to the way they were at the end of the last COMPLETED hand.
