* When you submit a withdrawal request, it must first be 'approved' by our internal review process (for security purposes), which normally takes 24-48 hours from the time you request your withdrawal. To protect your account from fraudulent withdrawals, we may require further proof of identity.
After approval by internal review, your withdrawal will be sent to you according to the timing shown in the table below.
Wherever possible, we will credit back against original deposits before cashing out balances to alternative methods.
Any player requesting a cashout before having accumulated 60 BBPs per $100 deposited since their last deposit, may be required to pay all processing charges levied upon us for both their initial deposit, and for the cashout.
Players who have started their bankroll either via freerolls or cashing in BBPs, will need to adhere to the following rules in order to be able to withdraw any funds
1) Cashouts will only be made via Neteller or Epassporte. Please visit www.neteller.com or www.epassporte.com for further information and registration
2) The player will need to have earnt 10BBPs per $1 to be withdrawn. So if you wish to withdraw $50, you will need to have earnt 500 BBPs. BBPs WON in freeplay events do not count towards releasing your withdrawal. Only BBPs EARNT by playing real money games will count towards releasing your withdrawal.

Bank Wire/Wire Transfer
Deposit
Wire Transfer might be the most convenient way for you to deposit money. Wire Transfer is a safe electronic transfer of funds from your bank to the BugsysClub bank account. Hence, you do not need a credit/debit card to transfer funds.
Bank Wire/Wire Transfers can take between 4-10 business days to arrive and be credited into your BugsysClub account, depending on distance.

It is easy to send a Bank Draft or Cashier's Check (US Dollars only) and its popular with many people, especially if those who cannot or prefer not to deposit using a credit card. Instead you can send us a Bank Draft or Cashier's Check, in US Dollars. Please do not send Money Orders, personal checks or cash as we cannot accept them.
For speed, we urge you to use a courier service, so it would only take 3 business days for your draft to arrive, and you can also track it. We suggest using Federal Express or DHL courier services.
Registered mail may also be used, but it takes much longer to arrive than by courier. Regular mail should not be used because it could take several weeks to arrive and it cannot be tracked.
Bank drafts and Cashier Checks can take up to 10 banking days to clear, before the funds are available for use.
STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE

If you used a Neteller account to deposit, when you go to the cashier and specify an amount to cashout, we will pay your cashout back to Neteller.
There is no fee for transfers to and from your BugsysClub Poker account and Neteller. Your Neteller account will automatically be credited when you make a withdrawal from your BugsysClub Poker account. When you request a cashout, any amounts which you have previously deposited by FirePay will first be credited back to your FirePay account. You can send Cashier@BugsysClub.com an email if you would like to request otherwise. Cashouts to FirePay are done only after 6 business days after your corresponding deposit have passed.

A Wire Transfer is an electronic bank transfer from your BugsysClub Poker account directly to your bank account.
If you do not have a Neteller<--, PrePaid ATM,--> or Central Coin account or a Credit card for which the "Withdrawal by Credit card" method is applicable, you can request the funds be sent to you by Wire Transfer, which is the next quickest way to receive your winnings.
A wire transfer reduces your administrative work cashing in bank drafts or checks since you receive your winnings directly to your bank account.

Reverse Withdrawal
If, after making a withdrawal, you wish to cancel it and have the funds returned to your account, you may do so, provided that your withdrawal request has not yet been processed. A reversal will return the funds to your BugsysClub Poker account instantly. There is no service fee for reversals.
